Q & A with Summer Williams: A Childhood With Undiagnosed PANS/PANDAS

Summer Williams is an eighteen-year-old student from San Francisco, California. Now recovered from PANS/PANDAS, Summer finds passion in advocacy work, raising awareness to help PANS/PANDAS kids receive earlier diagnosis and proper treatment. She hopes her story can open a window into how PANS/PANDAS kids experience the disorder, and help others feel less alone in their condition. Often found in the woods or mountains, Summer loves hiking, camping, and backpacking, as well as freestyle cooking and listening to an eclectic array of music.
